The app comes with a list of commonly used food items. But you have option to add your own food items, or copy food items from apps public list of food items to your personal list. You can also ignore certain food items which you dont want to appear in your meals.

Eating healthy and balanced food should result in improved health and physique. So this app also provides a body fat measure calculator along with option to keep track of your body measurements.
